We support many community-based healthful eating and active living programs. Working with City University of New York, we’re identifying best practices and sharing new ideas.

About the Program

Through the Commitment to Healthy Communities (CHC), we’re conducting extensive assessments to measure the collective impact of community programs. We encourage cross-sector partnerships to promote healthful eating and active living.

Healthy Communities: Camden
Healthy Communities: Camden is a 10-year cross-sector commitment of $10 million to reduce childhood obesity and hunger by 50 percent in Camden, NJ.
